Hidden in the desertous landscapes of Spain, we make our way to the first destination of our road trip through Spain. While the sweat drops drip off our faces, we start hiking through a rocky path with huge vineyards at our side. After a few miles, the house finally appears in our sight. A traditional 18th-century Spanish house, made entirely of white stone, to reflect the sunlight in the tropical temperatures of the season. Inside we find many personal belongings of the former Spanish family who lived here. Where they have gone remains a mystery to us, but it is a unique opportunity to learn a little more about how Spanish people used to live in this area and to soak up a piece of the Spanish culture.
