DIY smart thermostat. Part 1 - Relay isolation on Sonoff TH

This is the first part of my smart thermostat control for my garage using a modified Sonoff. Step one isolate the relay from the circuit. While I am using a Sonoff TH module, you can use a Sonoff basic(I would recommend this) and perform the same relay mod. My project uses a Sonoff that has been flashed with the Tasmota.bin allowing Hubitat integration.
