Sony Action Cam Flashing Media Fix

After not using the Sony Action Cam for a while, we were confronted with two flashing messages that prevented us from recording with it. One way we put the memory card the screen read what looked like "REVER" which we took to mean to reverse the card. The other way the card was inserted led to a flashing "MEDIA" message that eventually turned off the camera. Turns out the fix was simple and takes about 10 seconds.
