2 lbs of ground pork
One bunch of Asian chives
1/8 tsp of salt
1 tsp of white pepper powder
1 Tbsp of rice wine
1 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 whole egg
1-2 Tbsp of sesame oil
Dumpling wrappers
