Car learns to drive - NeuroEvolution of Augmented Topologies (NEAT) for a 3D car made in Unity

Implementation of NeuroEvolution of Augmented Topologies (NEAT) for a car to learn to drive on the track. This is a continuation of my study (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8V2sX9BhAW8) in which the same problem is solved by a evolution of neural networks of fixed topologies. In this example the neural network topology changes through evolution (adding neurons, adding or disabling connections as well as mutating weights).

Implemented in Unity 5.6, programming language c#.
