The old way was painful. ManyChat charges per contact as you scale. Go High Level worked, but you had to clone the entire workflow for every new keyword, and the audit logs are basically nothing. I had hundreds of these things sitting in my account.

This new setup runs on one workflow forever. Instagram comment fires the trigger, a single GHL code node queries a Supabase table for the matching keyword and reply, and the DM goes out. Notion is the source of truth. Claude Code writes new entries straight into Notion and Supabase, so I never touch the workflow again. The piece most people miss is the 8-minute follow-up DM that asks "what brought you here?" with a DM Pitch Sent tag so it only fires once per person. That follow-up is what actually books calls.
