【新北市貢寮區】全台唯一，平埔族與漢人合建的媽祖廟～新社慈仁宮（歷史古蹟），走訪凱達格蘭族三貂社歷史遺跡

新社慈仁宮一帶是昔日平埔族凱達格蘭族三貂社的居地。慈仁宮是平埔族與漢人合建的一間媽祖廟。
Around the The Xinshe Ciren Temple area was the former residence of the Pingpu Ketagalan SandiaoTribe. Ciren Temple is a Mazu temple built by the Pingpu and Han people.

相傳清代道光年間，一名三貂社平埔婦女在海邊發現一尊神像卡在石縫中，唸了咒語之後，才順利拿了出來，於是帶回去供奉。後來漢人發現這是一尊媽祖神像，於是共同興建廟宇奉祀。慈仁宮，初建於咸豐九年（1859），又稱「番仔媽祖廟」。慈仁宮附近還有新社渡口遺址，古老的土地公廟及新社山西祠等歷史遺跡。
According to legend, during the Qing dynasty in the Daoguang period, a Pingpu woman in the Sandian Tribe found a god Idol stuck in the rock crack at the seaside. After reading the mantra, she sucessfully took it out and took it back to worship. Later, the Han people discovered that this was a statue of Mazu, so they jointly built Ciren Temple to worship. Ciren Palace, first built in the 9th year of Xianfeng (1859), is also known as "Panzai Mazu Temple". Near the Ciren Temple, there are also historical sites such as the Xinshe Ferry Site, the ancient land god temple and the Xinshe Shanxi Temple.

★大眾運輸：搭乘台鐵宜蘭線至福隆車站，轉乘公車F839至新社橋頭；或公車791（經貢寮）、887至新社站；或搭乘計程車至慈仁宮（約3.5公里）。
★自行開車：Google地圖衛星導航輸入「新北市貢寮區慈仁宮」，即可導航至目的地。
★ Public Transportation: Take the Taiwan Railway Yilan Line to Fulong Station, then transfer bus F839 to Xinshe Bridge Stop; or bus 791 (via Gongliao) and 887 to Xinshe Stop; or take a taxi to Ciren Temple (about 3.5 km).
★ Drive by yourself: Google Maps satellite navigation enter "Ciren Temple in Gongliao District, New Taipei City" to reach your destination.
