Foxx Sisters sing

Six sisters from East Spencer have performed for free at funerals, weddings and other events for more than four decades. On Dec. 14, the community will say thank you with a tribute concert at Southern City Tabernacle AME Zion Church. The Foxx Sisters will perform, followed by area choirs. The event is free and open to the public.
