Expand KivyMD GUI App - Convert Binary Fractions with Python - PART 2

In this tutorial, we will expand our KivyMD Mobile App to convert bases of floating-point numbers and handle exceptions. We will first focus on the conversion algorithm (set of instructions) and implement it with a conditional statement.
We will then combine this algorithm in our Base Converted Mobile App which we started building in part 1 of this project:
