Beastmode Requirements=50 pushups 25 pullups, 40 pushups 20 pull ups, 30 pushups 15 pullups, 20 pushups 10 pullups, 5 muscle ups 10 pushups, 1 muscle up 1 dip 5 second hold all the way up to 1 muscle ups 10 dips 5 second hold.
