Live At Harper's Ferry - Allston, MA - 10/8/08:
In the early 90s Kool Keith parted ways with Ultramagnetic MCs to pursue what has become one of the most extensive solo careers in hip-hop history. His legacy was cemented from the jump in 1996 when he teamed up with DJ Q-Bert and Sir Menilik for the highly-acclaimed, avante-guard classic, "Dr. Octagonycologyst." Here he performs "Blue Flowers" followed by "Girl Let Me Touch You There" off that seminal album. Kool Keith ends the showcase with the most endangered species in modern rap, an off-the-top (seriously this couldn't have been written) freestyle.
