↟↟This trip turned out to be a real test.
Firstly, the shooting itself in the cold greatly complicates the process. The temperature dropped to -20C°. The equipment failed several times, for this reason I usually don't shoot videos at this time of the year.
2. I don't have suitable clothes for winter hikes, especially with an overnight stay. A good tactical suit for low temperatures and winter snow boots would be very useful in this case.
3. I ate practically nothing during the day. My task was to find out how the body will behave in a winter forest for a short time.. how soon fatigue and heat loss will occur.
4. I didn't have a sleeping bag with me, I spent the night on a litter of dry coniferous branches and sheep skin. Heating was provided by a Taiga fire. As a shelter, I chose a two-pitched tent made of a 3x3m with a reflector..the set up is made exclusively for my parameters.
5. Cooking outdoors in the cold is a real torture. By the time I got to the place, all the food and water turned into ice. I had to spend a lot of time to warm them up by the fire, but after defrosting it was no longer possible to eat it.
Despite all these difficulties, I've survived and feel in a row. Do not try to repeat it yourself⚠️
