Gratitude is the magic that turns things around. It takes only a few moments to do something every day that shows you’re grateful, and it changes your whole life. Here are a few simple steps you can take today to start being more grateful:
1. Take time out to reflect on what you’re thankful for in your life.
2. Pay attention to all the good things around you this week, and write them down on paper or post-it notes.
Writing a page full of “thankyou” has a way of reminding you to be grateful for everything that happens. Each time we say thank you, we begin to believe that it’s possible to have it all— happiness, health, love and prosperity.
