[POE 3.28 Ready] Mageblood Upd For Elementalist Herald of Thunder Autobomber Build, Fast and Tanky

High budget Mageblood version of my Elementalist Herald of Thunder Autobomber Build, Walking Simulator, high budget, immune to all ele ailments, stuns, curses, 84% all ele res, fast movement speed, perfect choice for fast mapping (can do ubers too), lazy and enjoyable playstyle, almost zero buttons pressing, only Flame Dash or Frostblink at start of the map and few buffs/debuffs on bosses to get more dps and defenses.
