INTERVIEW | 12 questions with "FOR I AM KING"

On the very last show of their current tour, in Schweinfurt, we had a nice talk with Alma and Jurgen from the Dutch band „For I Am King“. They told us, how they've managed to take some huge steps forward in the rather short time of the band's existence - as their gig at the famous „Wacken Open Air“ in Germany showed, for example. Apropos Germany: We also asked Alma and Jurgen, why exactly the band has decided on the German label „Redfield Records“. Besides that, of course we talked about the band's debut album „Daemons“: how the work process has been going and what the actual story behind the album and the title is. We've also asked Alma - as she's the frontwoman of For I Am King - what she actually thinks about the classification „Female Fronted Metal Band“, like the band often gets entitled. Last but not least, the two of them shared some of their future plans with us, especially the ones with the band for next year. And we can most certainly tell you: There is a lot going to happen!
