So last week I closed on a property in Paradise Hills. The family had been debating whether or not they should sell their home and I had been talking to them for a few months. They eventually made the decision to sell and started looking for the best way to sell it.

They talked to other investors and real estate agents and just didn't feel comfortable working with them. I eventually talked to them again and explained the process of selling their home step by step and talked about how much they would walk away with. They wanted an easy and stress free process, and I was able to provide that for them. Selling and packing up your home can be a long tedious process but with the right help, it can be easier. A lot of times people tend to forget this is a people business. And when they saw I cared about their best interest they signed with me. My team and I were able to get their house into escrow within two weeks! We looked for the right after, negotiatated a higher purchase price, and they were happy!
