The Beautiful Dog Breed Show 2017

Two national #dog #shows of all #breeds were held within two days - October 7-8, 2017 - at Pavilion No. 19 at Expocentr of Ukraine: Kyiv Meetings-2017 and November-2017.
Representatives of the most different breeds of dogs were presented at the show.The dogs were competed for medals and champion titles, were demonstrated their intelligence, dexterity, beauty, well-being and were simply pleased the audience.
In these October days the people of Kiev were saw all the variety of four-legged pets: #Terriers, #CockerSpaniels, #Danes and #BullTerriers to #Shepherds, #Dobermans, #Collies and #Labradors from all corners of Ukraine.
The exhibition "Kiev Meetings - 2017" was held on October 7 and "November - 2017" on October 8 .

The judges from Ukraine, Spain, Serbia and Cyprus were
refereed the contestants and determine the best representatives of dog breeds.
Dog breeds are dogs that have relatively uniform physical characteristics developed under controlled conditions by humans, with breeding animals selected for phenotypic traits such as size, coat color, structure, and behavior. The Fédération Cynologique Internationale recognizes over 400 pure dog breeds.
Other uses of the term breed when referring to dogs may include pure breeds, cross-breeds, mixed breeds and natural breeds.
In 2017, a study showed that 9,000 years ago the domestic dog was present at what is now Zhokhov Island, arctic north-eastern Siberia, however this area was connected to the mainland then. The dogs were selectively bred as either sled dogs or as hunting dogs, which implies that a sled dog standard and a hunting dog standard existed at that time. The optimal maximum size for a sled dog is 20-25kg based on themo-regulation, and the ancient sled dogs were between 16-25kg. The same standard has been found in the remains of sled dogs from this region 2,000 ago and in the modern Siberian Husky breed standard. Other dogs were more massive at 30kg and appear to be dogs that had been crossed with wolves and used for polar-bear hunting. At death, the heads of the dogs had been carefully separated from their bodies by humans and is thought to be for ceremonial reasons.
