Connect an LCD display to the NodeMCU ESP8266 Tutorial

Tutorial on how to connect an LCD display to your NodeMCU aka ESP8266 module. Example code can be found in the Liquid Crystal I2C library. If you have more than one Liquid Crystal library you may need to delete or move the other library; Otherwise the Arduino IDE may compile the wrong one.
