Mexico struggles to recover after being hit by Hurricane Otis

Disaster officials in Mexico say at least 27 people were killed and others remain missing after Hurricane Otis, a category 5 storm, slammed Acapulco. Hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses are waiting to have electricity restored, while relief supplies are slow to reach areas where streets are covered with debris and mud from landslides.
