Carp fishing at Vaal River, South Africa (Dec 2018) - The Riverhouse

We had yet another very successful carp fishing trip to the Vaal River, South Africa, recently. This time we were in the Renovaal area near Potchefstroom.

We stayed at a place called The Riverhouse which is near River View Lodge. The accommodation was perfect and we were blessed with very good weather conditions.

In total we caught around 35 fish which included some barbel, mudfish and small yellowfish.
