Image Detection with YOLO v2 (pt 7) Custom Object Detection (Generate Annotation Files)
In this series we will explore the capabilities of YOLO for image detection in python!

- how to create a function to make the xml annotation file
- how to link our function to our draw_boxes script
This will help automate the process of annotating each image.
