Last summer, I saw a mourning dove wandering around the concrete floor of the Lowe's Garden Section. Being a country girl, I am not used to seeing mourning doves be so tame. They are just about the most skittish birds there are. But in places like this, (seeing as they are closely related to pigeons,) they are not afraid of people and will not fly off if someone approaches them. I followed this dove around with my phone, probably looking like a crazy person a I filmed this silly little ever-so-common bird. So, to make up for whatever humiliation I suffered while filming this video, I am now posting it and hoping it gets at least 400 views, which is what I consider fairly successful. (Also, don't worry, I think only one person besides my mom saw me filming this. My reputation is not totally ruined LOL) It's not exactly the Lowe's find you might have been expecting, but...I hope you find it interesting!
