KEEP PERFORMANCE UPDATED : Upgrade in Just a Few Steps

🔄 New features. New firmware. Here’s how to update.

When a major new feature drops — like the all-new ASMAX Mode — you’ll need to update both your headset firmware and the ASMAX World app before you can use it.

Follow these 5 simple steps to get ready.

Step 1: Update the App
Go to your app store and update the ASMAX World App to the latest version.

Step 2: Prepare Your Headset
Check the SN number located at the bottom of your headset.
Make sure the battery level is above 30% .
Install the speakers and base onto your helmet.

Step 3: Connect and Upgrade
Pair your headset with your phone via Bluetooth.
Open the app and connect to the device matching your SN number.
Once connected, go to Device Page → Basic Information.
If a firmware update is available, you’ll see a red dot notification.
Tap to enter, then click “Upgrade Firmware” at the bottom.

Step 4: Wait for the Upgrade
The device will automatically download and transfer the update package.
Your headset will enter silent standby and temporarily disconnect from your phone and app.
A green indicator means the firmware has been successfully transferred — but not yet installed.
⏳ This process usually takes 5–8 minutes.
Please do not operate the headset or exit the app during this time.

Step 5: Upgrade Complete
Wait for the LED light prompt and voice notification that the firmware update is complete.
Your headset will automatically restart and reconnect to your phone.

That’s it — you’re ready to use ASMAX Mode.
