Rock bags protect pylons from scour and erosion

These pylons are protected from scouring by the Kyowa rock bags.
The rock bags are also preventing the adjacent seawall from scouring and being undercut.

These rock bags were installed during April May in 2021, the natural growth as seen in this video has occurred with 5 months of installation.
