SpaceX Starship SN10 passes cryogenic proof test, awaits green light to launch by 11 February
SpaceX’s SN10 starship kicked off its first cryogenic proof testing on Monday, February 8. On Sunday, February 7, SpaceX distributed alert notices to Boca Chica Village residents. A local photojournalist, Mary (also known as BocaChicaGal on twitter) posted the news of SN10’s cryogenic proof test on twitter. “I have received an ‘Alert’ notice and there is a planned road closure between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. tomorrow February 8, 2021. Starship SN10 testing campaign is starting,” Mary stated on twitter. SpaceX has also filed temporary flight restrictions (TFRs) with the FAA for its starship SN10 launch as early as this week.
