The Time Force Agency is like other timeline related groups in pop-culture like The Commission in Netflix's The Umbrella Academy, and also like the Time Bureau in DC's Legends of Tomorrow on the CW, so they could be doing a lot with their time machine and the connection to the Morphin Grid.
