Ingredientes

220 gramos de chocolate semiamargo
1/2 taza de agua
1/2 taza de mantequilla (110gr)
1/2 taza de aceite
2 tazas de harina (250gr)
1 taza más un 1/4 de taza de azúcar (250gr)
1 y 1/2 cucharada de polvo de hornear
4 huevos
1 cucharada de vainilla
1 taza de leche
1 cucharada de vinagre blanco

Relleno

500 ml de crema para batir
200 gramos de queso crema
3 huevos
1/2 taza de azúcar
1 cucharada de vainilla
4 cucharada de fécula de maíz

Cubierta

5 yemas de huevo
1 lata de leche evaporada
1/2 taza de azúcar
160 gr de mantequilla
1 cucharada de vainilla
2 y 1/2 taza de coco rallado
1 y 1/2 taza de nuez
Una pisca de sal
