Hey, y'all! For the longest time, my loc journey was all about how long my locs were getting each year. And then...I hit a pretty big pothole in year 5, having to cut almost a year's worth of growth off. It's been hard to have to lose so much length, but here's what I've learned: your loc journey doesn't have to be linear. Losing length doesn't mean your journey's over!

Your loc journey won't be exactly like anyone else's, so don't get caught up in that trap. Appreciate where you are today and grow your locs your way! :-)
