Orkney is the Hardest Place I've Ever Photographed | Relentless Wind in Birsay

#orkney #birsay

It's Day 4 of our hike around the Scottish island of Orkney and this small remote island is proving to be the most challenging place I've ever taken photos.

There's lot's of impressive cliffs and today we visit a lighthouse on the brough of Birsay but the hard weather and relentless winds make it such a challenge. Even with the support of a tripod I find it almost impossible to get a sharp image.
