TAGG Thursday #2 Artist Graded Vs Artist Quality Colored Pencils Lightfastness

In this livestream I want to help explain and show others what the difference is between Artist Grade Colored Pencils and Artist Quality and just how little colored pencils there are that are Artist Grade. The madness of my ramblings will be explained in this new up coming TAGG Thursday #2.

This time I am scheduling the livestream for 15:00hrs UK Time. I am still playing about with timings to see what the best times are. the first TAGG Thursday was 11:00am UK time, I am bumping this one up to a later time of 15:00hrs, judging by how many of you are able to make this stream will determine whether or not the following TAGG Thursday needs to be a little bit later.
