Hey guys! 🔥 All we need is 15 minutes of our day! Technically it’s just 14.5 mins so you can take the 30 seconds leftover to tell yourself how freaking badass you are! 💪🏽🔥

I like to go for 30s of exercise followed by 30s of rest before switching to the next move for 3 rounds.

Inspired by the amazing Natacha Oceane.

▫️Crab elbow to toe taps
▫️Triple position mountain climbers
▫️Forward bounds run back
▫️Squat to open stance lunges
