Strength training is a powerful tool for weight loss. One of the biggest things it comes down to is sustainability and a LARGE amount of that has to do with preference. Nonetheless, I generally recommend trying a combination of both cardio and strength training, so that you can also meet your general health needs.

But the method that you really lean into for fat loss specifically depends on what works and feels best for you!
