Welcome to part 12 in my series of loft conversion videos where I show you my DIY loft conversion from start to finish. In this video we build a pitched roof dormer on the rear of the house and show the removal of sates, felt and rafters as part of the build. We also build a ladder for the soffits and fascias on the side dormer and build another frame for a Velux window.
