Tintoque Restaurant Puerto Vallarta

We had an extraordinary dinner for our last night in Puerto Vallarta at sophisticated Tintoque. Off the beaten path. Relaxing with excellent service. It's a little less than 30-minute walk from Playa Los Muertos. Many dishes are meant to be shared. Huge portions. Shared a small King Crab salad and 8 hr slowly-braised smoke short ribs for two, followed by a Sticky Toffee Pudding dessert.
