Cleaning lens element's in Leica Summaron screw mount (M39)

Take good care when cleaning the lens element's with the black ink on the lens surface or the edge, and use as less as possible of lighter fluid or "Eclipse" cleaning solvent on a "PEC-PAD" lens tissue, to prevent the ink from coming off the lens surface. IF some ink come's off, it is possible to re-paint it with black ink and a very, VERY FINE brush.
I use a 1mm flathead screw driver to just loosen the lock screw on the front, then use a rubber tool to unscrew the front.
