Boracay White Beach Walkabout - December 2020 [4K]

Walking the entire length of the famous white beach, from Station 1 as start point moving to Station 2 then ending in Station 3. The quietest area is Station 1 especially where the Lind Hotel is located and the most crowded usually on a daily basis is Station 2 where most of the bars, restaurants and D Mall is located. Based on what I’ve seen there’s a heavy concentration of expats/foreigners at Station 3 (you’ll see on the video)

As you can see on the video a lot of establishments have closed down due to the pandemic. Basing on the people I encountered on the beach in the past few days most are locals of this island, they’re normally in droves during morning or late afternoon mostly to exercise, swim, or relax to watch the sunrise/sunset.

There are a lot of things prohibited on the beach itself so if you fancy drinking alcoholic beverages while watching the sunset there are a lot of bars, restaurants and hotels fronting the beach to choose from depends on your budget.

One thing you’ll immediately notice are a lot of individuals that will be approaching you to offer tour packages or sell stuff they’re usually heavily concentrated in Station 2.

With the current situation as of this recording face masks are required even at the beach area but you’re fine to take it off once you go into the water and swim and social distancing must be observed. There are big signs of what are the rules and lifeguards usually will remind you. Also police patrol the area randomly

Compared to few years back, there’s not much of a nightlife and parties are prohibited at the moment. I’ll do a separate video so you see what I mean. Some bars however have live bands/singers but that’s about it
