Healthy sugar free birthday cake recipe (and am I trying to conceive while keto?)

It's my birthday!! I'm sharing my favourite healthy sugar free, grain free, and gluten free KETO birthday cake recipe (a keto carrot cake!), and also answering a juicy Q&A from some of the questions asked on my Instagram including... are we trying for a baby? And am I keto while trying to conceive / get pregnant?

My keto carrot cake recipe:
70g butter
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
50g grated carrot
2 tbsp almond milk
1/2 cup keto sweetener

Bake at 180°C for approx 35 mins!

Icing/frosting:
125g softened cream cheese
30g softened butter
1/4 cup - 1/2 cup keto icing sugar (I used an erythritol/stevia blended sweetener)
