Are you ready to spice up your snack game? Today, we’re making a deliciously crispy Spicy Cauliflower Bajji that you absolutely need to try!
Start by cutting fresh cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Then, let’s make the batter! In a bowl, mix together chickpea flour, rice flour, and a pinch of turmeric. Add red chili powder for that kick, along with salt to taste.
Now, gradually add water to form a smooth, thick batter. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it's well-coated.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, gently drop in the battered cauliflower. Fry until they turn golden brown and crispy. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
Once they’re crispy, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
Serve your Spicy Cauliflower Bajji hot with a side of tangy chutney or ketchup. Trust me, these will disappear in no time!
