American Lithium Corporation is a developer of advanced lithium projects throughout North and South America. The company’s flagship project, the TLC lithium project is located in Nevada, with its Falchani Lithium Project as well as its Macusani Uranium Project located in south-eastern Peru. The company acquired Plateau Energy Metals in 2021, with the acquisition including both the Falchani Lithium Project and Macusani Uranium Project.

The TLC lithium project of the company is a 3,343-hectare land package that hosts near-surface lithium mineralisation. The mineral resource of the project boasts 5.37 million tons of Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE) in the measured and indicated category and 1.76 million tons of LCE in the inferred category. The company recently announced that it had appointed DRA global as project lead to finalize the TLC project's preliminary economic assessment (PEA), which is scheduled to be completed by Q2, 2022.

The Falchani lithium project of the company is an environmentally focused lithium project which incorporates various environmentally-conscious initiatives including tailings filtering technologies that enable the recycling of up to 90% of process water as well as green energy initiatives. The project is estimated to be the sixth-largest hard rock lithium deposit globally.

The Macusani uranium project is a large, low-cost uranium project located near the Falchani lithium project in Peru. The company recently announced the results of uranium leach test work conducted at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organization (ANSTO) which boasts recovery rates up to 99.7 %.

The company plans on updating the PEA of both the Falchani lithium project and the Macusani lithium project in the future.
