Hahaha... Not only have a plan but do not start to doing anything ( Not for my project but for every plan in your list) Time flies !!!

I guess some of you very stress, scare, worry YES!! ME TOO !!
btw sometime we must head up from the bad news, fake news and looking to do another thing for release that stress :D

In this video, I show how to pick buttercream, the knife for the petals just looking for the long and round shape at the tip of the knife. I always said in my workshop just looking for something look the same does not need 100% same with me, The good work is not from the 100% tool the same as the teacher but the good work is practice and practice !!

**Note, for the buttercream Issue, It is in the content at the previous post
**Consistency of the buttercream is quite stiff and buttercream for cover the cake must be the same for painting.
