Why teeth get sensitive, and how to fix it

Lots of people experience dental sensitivity. Sometimes it can be just an annoyance, but other times it can force someone to change their lifestyle.

In this video I explain the most common causes of dental sensitivity, and let you know how you might make it better.

I hope you learn something from this, but please don't hesitate to visit your local dentist in person if you're having dental problems.

The toothbrush that I show in the video, and the one that I often recommend to patients is the Sonicare 4100. You can usually find it on amazon for around $50. I just recently bought a Quip toothbrush, so hopefully I'll be able to let you know how that compares to the Sonicare.
