WHAT'S INSIDE POLISH CEMETERY?

How Polish People remembered their departed Love ones?I Visited one of Cemetery here and I found out the big difference between Philippines and Poland as regards on how to take care the tombs of departed Love ones.In Philippines I have to admit that most of Filipinos only visit their Departed love ones during special occasions,like death anniversary and every All souls Day which is every 1st &2nd of November.while here in Poland almost weekly or at least twice a month they visited cemetery.
And here I didn't see any Multistory Tombs like in Philippines.
