Olive Mill Solid Waste Management Center for the Production of Solid Biofuels

Thιs video presents a pilot pellet plant designed for olive husk pellets which is located in Yeri Municipality, near the city of Nicosia. The pilot plant covers a total fenced area of 150 m2and consists of a typical rectangular-shape masonry building with a total area of 48 m2 which is used for the protection of the olive husk dryer.
This demonstration was conducted by the Sustainable Energy Research Group staff at Frederick University, Cyprus. The production was filmed and edited by the Audio Visual Communication at Frederick Institute of Technology.
