After you eat a delicious meal, whether it be a holiday meal or not, you usually want a sweet treat afterwards. One of the TRV crew' s favorite sweets is Dulce de coco.

Ingredients | Ingredientes

4 cups shredded coconut | 4 tazas coco rallado
2 cups sugar | 2 tazas azúcar
Splash of vanilla | pizca de vainilla
½ tbsp cinnamon | ½ cda canela
Salt (pinch) | pizca de sal
1 can coconut milk | 1 lata leche de coco
1 tbsp vanilla | 1 cda vainilla
