How to get your picture to fit the Instagram crop without using photoshop or adding fames or white space! PLEASE NOTE- THERE IS NO WHITE SPACE WITH THIS METHOD. I get that at the end it looks like there white because Instagram has white on the sides in the preview before you hit POST but I ASSURE YOU when you post THERE IS NO WHITESPACE.
