John Brzenk teaches newbie the toproll (2019 Kane Fontecchio)

This was my 2nd armwrestling practice where John Brzenk and Allen Fisher gave me tips on the toproll. This clinic and practice took place in November 2019 at Grinder Gym in San Diego where armwrestlers had the unique opportunity to get technique tips from two legends of the sport.
