Harbor Freight tumbler repair follow up.

The Harbor Freight tumbler made so much noise you can hardly hear me. It made it one cycle and I liked to have not been able to get it to run to make this video. Used the clear lid to see what or if there was any difference in the shaking of the media, didn't see any, made a hell of a mess though when I had to turn the tumbler over and kick start it.
