ARTEZA Colored Pencils - Should You Be Worried?

There has been a lot of discussion lately about the quality of certain batches of Arteza colored pencils. In this video watch me test 3 different Arteza colored pencil sets from different years: pre-2018; pre-2019; post 2019. Let’s see what happens when we hit them with water–we even compare them side-by-side with Prismacolor Premier and Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils.

Let’s also have a discussion about the marketing and sales tactics of these companies, and the expectations we should have for the art supplies we purchase.
