Top 5 Fun Things To Do in Burgas, Bulgaria

Not nearly as touristic as it's little cousin Nesebar, Burgas still has some nice spots and things to do. especially in summer.

firstly we visitted the old city center. The century-old decorated buildings are very beautiful and colourful and there are many interesting shops and coffee shops.

We visit one of the many festivals that take place in the summer months. Music, dance and food festivals can be found in the city parks and the beach boulevard.

Just 8 kilometers outside of Burgas you find Poda National Park. Here you can see many different species of birds and look for snakes and turtles.

Lastly we went to the Atanasovsko lakes.
These lakes have a bright pink colour due to the micro brine stone shrimp that live in the water. The water is also very salt so you can float in the water like in the dead sea.
