On her latest CD Libertad, Yasmin Levy performs more of her fado-like Spanish ballads and adds songs from the ancient Ladino language and she discusses the music's provenance. Yasmin's own background encompasses Sephardic and Turkish roots which have revealed a rich starting point for musical material.
